The Kukiz 15 Party of the opposition in Poland is submitting a bill on Thursday that would effectively prevent Jews from suing for property stolen from them during the World War II, according to Israel public television.
Today according to Polish law it is possible to file claims for stolen property in regular proceedings in the Polish court. The purpose of the law is "to prevent a demand of Polish property that has no heirs" and that the law will definitively prevent "non-discriminatory claims on Polish property."
