The High Court of Justice rejected a petition by an Arab against the completion of a section of a bypass road running through their land near the village of Luban al-Jarbi and Beit Aryeh in Samaria,
According to the report, the judge wrote: "The damage to the land is proportionate because the IDF intends to move the trees elsewhere."
