A court has rejected the request of Mickey Ganor to leave the country for a fixed period of time in order to handle his business.

Ganor is state witness in allegations of improprieties in Israel's purchase of three submarines from a German company. He claimed that if he did not go abroad, his business would be on the verge of collapse. The police objected to his request for fear that he would escape and not return to Israel in light of recent reports about the change in his testimony.
