An impressive achievement for Israel at the Chemistry Olympics for high school students held in St. Petersburg, Russia. The members of the Israel Chemistry team taking part in the competition are: Ron Sprinz, Ron Refaeli, Hillel Shochat, Hagar Hoffman, and Roi Peer.
Roi Peer won the bronze medal at the end of a challenging competition consisting of a theoretical part and a practical part.
The 53rd World Mendeleev Olympics is a prestigious competition, attended by high school students from all over Asia and Eastern Europe.
