Police found two Palestinian Authority residents without permission to be outside the PA, Tuesday morning in an open area near the Lower Galilee community of Misgav.
One of them lost consciousness and died during the arrest. His body was sent to the Abu Kabir Forensic Institute to determine the cause of death.
