Citing Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar, News 13 reported, Tuesday morning, that Israel has recently sent new messages to Hamas, according to which Prime Minister Netanyahu renewed his commitment to the understandings reached with Hamas and agreed to carry out the humanitarian projects postponed until after the Israeli elections.

These projects include improving the electricity infrastructure in Gaza and the construction of industrial zones along the Gaza border. Vouchers of $100 will be distributed to more than 100,000 Gaza families and 10,000 temporary jobs will be opened through international organizations. The newspaper's sources also reported that Egyptian and Qatari mediators are exerting efforts to renew the payment of Qatari grants to Gaza officials after Hamas refused to accept them, adding that Israel has given positive signs regarding their resumption.
