Some 50,000 people visited national parks and nature reserves across Israel on Monday.
The most popular parks drawing visitors included the national parks at Masada, Caesarea, Beit Govrin, Ein Gedi, the Banias, and the Stalactite Cave Nature Reserve west of Jerusalem.
