Israeli UN Amb: No action on sovereignty before peace plan

Danny Danon, Israel's ambassador at the United Nations, commented to reporters on Wednesday about Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's pledge of sovereignty over Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria, saying, "I don't think that we will take any action before the [United States peace] plan is published."
