Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has offered embattled Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro to send Revolutionary Guards troops to provide him security, according to News 13.
The offer came as Zarif prepared to visit Syria and Turkey. Last week, United States President Donald Trump declared the Revolutionary Guards a terrorist organization.
