Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, said on Monday that normalizing relations with Israel goes against the Quran and Islamic faith.
Speaking at the closing ceremony of a Quran competition in Tehran, Khamenei criticized “certain Islamic nations” that are not adhering to Muslim principles, he claimed.
