The official value of the shekel rose an average of .451 percent on Monday against the featured currencies on the Bank of Israel's foreign-exchange list.
The United States dollar was fixed at NIS 3.561, down .475 percent from Friday, while the Euro declined .297 percent to 4.0277 shekels, and the pound sterling was set at 4.668 shekels, down .169 percent.
