Transport Minister Yisrael Katz will raise a request today for a mandatory arbitration law to prohibit strikes in vital services.
He says "the barbaric strikes and sanctions employed by the railway workers' committee, while harming passengers and IDF soldiers, require the enactment of the law, which will prevent strikes in essential services."
