Delek Group buys 22.45% of Gulf of Mexico's Caesar Tonga oil reservoir

Israel's Delek group reported on Thursday that it is acquiring 22.45% of the Cesar Tonga oil reservoir and joining one of the largest oil producers in deep waters in the Gulf of Mexico.

The deal is being executed for $965 million.
