The Central Elections Committee on Wednesday night began counting the “double envelopes” in the Knesset elections.
The double-sealed envelopes contain the votes of soldiers, prisoners, diplomats, state employees living abroad, representatives of Zionist organizations living abroad, people in hospitals, and battered women in shelters who cannot vote in regular polling stations.
