Likud spokesman: Netanyahu in advanced negotiations to form a coalition

Likud spokesman Jonathan Urich said on Tuesday night that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is in advanced negotiations to form a coalition.

Netanyahu will speak in less than an hour at Heichal Shlomo in Tel Aviv.
