Chairman Hanan Melcer of the Central Elections Committee has rejected the petition by the Likud and the Im Tirtzu movement to stop transportation by the Zazim organization of residents of unrecognized Bedouin villages to the polls.
The Supreme Court justice ruled that he was not given a factual basis to justify an injunction.
