Five fire and rescue teams are working to extinguish a fire that broke out in an apartment in a building on Efrata Street in the Arnona neighborhood.
The forces are working to extinguish the flames and prevent the spread of fire into the building, which is surrounded by thick and heavy smoke. An unconscious person was extricated from the apartment as CPR operations were performed.
