Jordan Valley PA resident turns himself in for hit-and-run accident

A Palestinian Authority resident of the Jordan Valley surrendered himself to the police Thursday morning following a hit-and-run accident that took place yesterday on Route 90 between Petzael and Tomer.

He is being questioned by traffic inspectors.
