Man arrested for planning terror attack in French Jewish kindergarten

Kan reported that French police arrested a 21-year-old suspected of planning a terror attack and a kidnapping in a Jewish kindergarten in the Saint-Marin district north of Paris. The detainee presented himself as the spiritual son of Muhammad Marah, the murderer at the Jewish school in Toulouse.
