Bank Hapoalim hit with NIS 385 thousand fine

Globes reported that the Bank of Israel issued a NIS 385 thousand shekel fine on Bank Hapoalim after they failed to take responsibility in regards to checkbooks lost in the mail and failed to do so over a three month period after being ordered as such.
