The State Prosecutor's Office has signed a plea bargain with the four suspects in the abduction of Karim Jumhur from his home in the Israeli Arab city of Qalansuwa to the Palestinian Authority last summer.
The arrangement will be submitted to the District Court of Lod for approval.
