The official value of the shekel rose an average of .016 percent on Monday against most of the currencies on the Bank of Israel's foreign-exchange list.
The United States dollar was fixed at NIS 3.626, down .165 percent from Friday, while the Euro declined .118 percent to 4.0734 shekels, and the pound sterling was set at 4.7537 shekels, up .446 percent.
