The Jerusalem District Attorney's Office has filed an indictment in the Jerusalem District Court against brothers Nader and Iyad Kar'in in the death of neighbor, Sameh Maswadeh.
According to the indictment, the incident started as an argument over the parking spot of a truck delivering furniture to the victim. Iyad allegedly attacked the driver of the truck with a baseball bat while Nader allegedly stabbed Maswadeh while he was trying to protect the truck driver.
