Syria's Ambassador to the United Nations, Bashar Jaafari, on Wednesday commented on the attack in Aleppo that was attributed to Israel during a meeting of the UN Security Council on US President Donald Trump’s recognition of Israel's sovereignty over the Golan Heights.
"As we gather here, Israel attacked Aleppo, which is located about 500 kilometers from the Golan Heights," Jaafari said, as quoted by Kan News.
