In a post on Twitter, leader of the Gesher party, Orly Levy-Abecassis called for an emergency meeting of the Knesset in regards to a shortage of medical cannabis, writing:
"This evening, I appeal to all members of the Knesset to join me in requesting an emergency meeting on the issue of the shortage of medical cannabis for patients. If the Knesset does not convene for an emergency hearing soon, some 2,500 additional patients will be joining the circle of suffering."
