Following incidents where Hamas Islamic Movement security prisoners attacked guards at Ketziot Prison, the police decided that the investigation would be transferred to the International Criminal Court in Lahav 433, in cooperation with the GSS and the IPS.
The remand of one of those imprisoned, brought yesterday for questioning on suspicion of involvement in attempted murder and preparation for a terrorist act, was extended yesterday at the Ashkelon Magistrate's Court until next Tuesday.
