Knesset candidates Itamar Ben-Gvir and Yitzhak Wasserlauf of the Otzma Yehudit (Jewish Power) Party have petitioned the Supreme Court against the decision of Chairman Hanan Melcer of the Central Elections Committee to reject their request to promote them on the United Right's list following the court's disqualification of Dr. Michael Ben-Ari, according to the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation.
They are asking that Ben-Gvir be promoted to Ben Ari's fifth spot on the ballot, and that Wasserlauf be promoted to Ben-Gvir's place.
