Mickey Ganor, the state's witness in an investigation into alleged irregularities in the purchase of submarines from a Germany company, started exercising his right to remain silent on Saturday night, according to Channel 13 Television.
Ganor has been under arrest since last week, when he qualified his testimony. The state is reviewing his status as state's witness.
