An accident occurred between two vehicles on Highway 79 near the Gilam Interchange eastward. The road was blocked to traffic at Kiryat Bialik Junction.
MDA paramedics evacuated a woman of about 70 and a 40-year-old woman to Rambam Hospital who were seriously injured in the accident.
