In a post on Twitter, MK Yair Lapid (Blue & White) praised US President Trump's call to recognize the Golan Height as part of Israel, writing:
"We welcome President Trump for his statement. This is a dream come true. The Golan is an inseparable part of Israel and we also call upon the rest of the world to follow President Trump and recognize our sovereignty over the Golan Heights."
