Chairman Hanan Melcer of the Central Elections Committee will issure a decision on Sunday the appeal of the Otzma Yehudit (Jewish Power) Party and United Right list to jump Ben-Gvir into fifth place in place of Party Chairman Michael Ben Ari who was disqualified by the Supreme Court.
In making the announcement on Thursday, the Supreme Court justice said, "I do not work on Shabbat and it is possible that due to the short timetable, I will make a decision without giving the reasons."
