Alon Hassan, former chairman of the Ashdod Port workers' committee, has sent a warning letter before filing a libel suit against Yitzhak Blumenthal, CEO of the port.
In the letter, Hassan said Blumenthal divulged, among other things, false and misleading information about Hassan in order to portray him as someone who took advantage of his status and position, according to Channel 13 Television.
