The security camera that detected terrorists trying to infiltrate the Samarian Jewish community of Rehelim over the weekend was acquired through donations from the One Israel Fund and not through the government.
The Samaria Regional Council funded the needed camera through the fund after Prime Minister Biyamin Netanyahu, in his role as defense minister, did not approve the transfer of 400 million shekels to cover gaps in security expenditures in Judea and Samaria.
