Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas responded to the State Department's report that for the first time did not define the Golan Heights and Judea and Samaria as "occupied territory."
"This decision does not change the truth that the West Bank is occupied territory since 1967 and the Syrian Golan is occupied Arab territory," Abbas said.
