Channel 13 reported that the Transportation Ministry responded to the State Comptroller's Report on Public Transport, saying:
"The Ministry of Transportation has been suffering a decades-long gap in investments in transportation and infrastructure, especially in regards to public transportation. A decade of unprecedented reforms and action cannot erase a delay of more than 100 years in public transportation's needs."
