The Supreme Court discussed the decisions and requests to disqualify lists and candidates from participating in Knesset elections. At the center will be the decision of the Central Elections Committee to disqualify Ofer Kassif from the Hadash-Ta'al list. In addition, there will be a discussion on the decision not to disqualify Hadash-Ta'al itself.
MK Avigdor Liberman said before the hearing, "I don't understand the Attorney General's conduct; he acts with a double standard."
