Ilan Matzliach, the brother of Avraham Matzliach, who was killed in Sunday's plane crash in Ethiopia, said on Tuesday that the authorities are not allowing him to identify his brother.

Interviewed by 103 FM Radio, Matzliach said, "The bureaucracy here is difficult. They are not allowing us and the ZAKA [organization for identifying victims of tragedies] people to enter the hangar where the bodies are located to identify my brother and the second Israeli. Prime Minister Netanyahu has already spoken with the Ethiopian prime minister and we are waiting for them to let us enter and identify."
