In Jerusalem, a strategic agreement was signed between the Jerusalem Municipality and the Ministry of Finance and the Israel Land Authority.
Under the agreement, 23,000 new housing units, 3 million square meters of new commercial space, and a record investment of NIS 1.5 billion in infrastructure in the older neighborhoods will be built.
