An indictment was filed against three Arabs who stole work tools and equipment used by contractors at construction sites throughout the country and traded the stolen items in Judea and Samaria for hundreds of thousands of shekels.
The three, two Israeli residents of Quseifa and the south in their 40s, and a PA resident of Kafr Nuba near Hevron in his 30s, are accused, among other things, of burglary, conspiracy to commit crime and illegal entry into Israel.
