Hamas and Islamic Jihad are refusing to recognize the new Fatah cabinet leader appointed by the Palestinian Authority, Muhammad Ash-Shatiyeh.
Hamas Spokesman Fawzi Barhoum and Islamic Jihad Spokesman Khader Habib said the appointment was an attempt to shake off internal PA reconciliation.
