An indictment was filed against 43-year-old East Jerusalem resident Tha'ir 'Oida for attempting to defraud under aggravated circumstances, and receiving money fraudulently under aggravated circumstances.
The indictment charges he mainly appealed to people in their 70s and 80s and exploited their age and naivety to extract money from them fraudulently.
