7 militants killed by Egyptian security forces near Cairo

Al Arabiya reported that Egyptian security forces killed 7 militants in a shootout in the city of Giza which is across the Nile from Cairo.

Three of the militants were killed as they drove a truck to try and plant explosives. Another 4 were killed when Egyptian security forces raided their safehouse.
