Minister Eli Cohen was asked in an interview on Israeli public radio about his Kulanu party's absence from yesterday's vote on the disqualification of the Otzma Yehudit (Jewish Power) Party from the April 9th Knesset election.
Cohen said, "There is no meaning to yesterday's discussion. This is a futile discussion. The discussion is advancing to the Supreme Court. We saw [hostile Arab Member of Knesset Hanin Zoabi in the last Knesset, so we think that Israeli democracy can also contain Jewish Power."
