In response to the Airbnb decision not to allow the posting of short-term apartments for rent in Judea and Samaria, the state of Texas has prohibited contracts with the company and government investments, according to Israel Hayom.
The move is part of the anti-BDS legislation designed to prevent support for the boycott campaign against Israel. The lobbying arm of the Israeli-American Coalition, IAC for Action, was one of the bodies that worked to pass the law that prohibits the engagement of government officials in Texas with groups supporting the boycott of Israel.
