Chairman Hanan Melcer of the Central Elections Committee estimates that the committee he chairs will discuss the arrangement reached between the Likud and the Jewish Home parties.
Interviewed by Israeli public radio, the Supreme Court justice said, "It seems that the secured spot in the Likud list for the Jewish Home will get to a legal examination. There was no precedent in the past."
