In the Central District Court this morning, a brief hearing was held in the matter of the minor accused of throwing stones near Rehalim. In the hearing before Judge Hagai Tarsi, the question of the continued detention of the minor was discussed.
The court argued that is has not yet been provided with all the investigation materials, and therefore it can not claim the merits of the evidence. In light of this, the hearing was postponed for a month. The court ruled that until the next hearing, the probation service will submit a supplementary report on the minor's case.
