Palestinian Authority cabinet leader Rami Hamdallah criticized Israel’s decision to offset the PA’s payments to terrorists.
"The offsetting of funds from the Palestinian treasury is part of the collective punishment imposed by Israel on the Palestinians, which could put the Palestinian economy at risk and undermine the ability of the PA to pay its salaries on time," Hamdallah warned.
