Opposition leader MK Shelly Yechimovich blasted the decision to offset the Palestinian Authority’s (PA) payments to terrorists.
"It is simply a freezing of funds for the Palestinian Authority while the Cabinet approves the ongoing flow of money to Hamas. Stupidity, hypocrisy, populism and damage to state security. It is crazy that the prime minister chooses to dry up the PA with whom we have a security cooperation that prevents terror attacks and saves lives, and to empower a murderous terror organization,” Yechimovich wrote on Twitter.
