The State Attorney's Office informed the Supreme Court that it agreed to retry Victor Guetta, convicted in June 2007 of the murder of Yitzhak Schwartz in 2004 and sentenced to life imprisonment.
The State said in a statement to the Supreme Court that apparently due to a mishap, no relevant investigation material had been transferred to the defense.
