New ambassadors to Israel from Vietnam, Nepal, Kenya and Montenegro

New ambassadors from Vietnam, Nepal, Kenya and Montenegro presented their credentials to President Reuven Rivlin Thursday in an official ceremony at the President's Residence to mark the beginning of their terms.
